The Suicide Nation came together in 2006 under the name "Atrocity." Soon after, their self titled demo soon brokeinto the local scene, challenging listeners with a blend of Euro-infused metal and punk inspired bass lines. The addition ofguitarist Gabe Pheiffer in 2007 brought a whole new dimension to their writing process, and completed their live sound .
In the spring of 2009, the members of The Suicide Nation parted ways.
