Books:
Chuck Klosterman's "Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs" totally changed my perspective on shit. "Angels and Demons", "The Da Vinci Code" (both very good reads). I also love the harry potter books (what idiot doesn't?), books that illustrate how shitty society can be such as "Brave New World," "1984" or "Animal Farm" (George Orwell knows whats up), and any Michael Crichton book as well.
