Jimi Pocius
is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist from Northeast, CT. He has extensive performance experience in a wide variety of musical genres going back to his childhood, where he started on Cello at the age of 7 back in 1969. His main instruments are the guitar and bass, though he doubles on synths and most stringed instruments and sings.
Most of his life has been spent fronting local bands, he never gave a damn about stardom (and still doesn't), he just wanted to play good old fashioned Classic Rock 'n Roll..
..his songs are as diverse as his interests, encompassing a wide range of classic rock stylings while always keeping one foot firmly planted in the blues of his roots.
Now in progress is a second album of Rock 'n roll music titled "Some More RocknRoll"...less eclectic than his previous indie, "AmblyopiA", more straight-ahead old school classic rock. CD's are available if you are interested on an extremely limited hand-made basis .
All his songs are available for free download, he asks if you enjoy them to please make a small donation to the American Cancer Society. If you want more info, please visit his website for pictures, alternative song downloads, and some music apps at:
