About Me

Marko From slovenia started playing guitar when he was 14. By the time he was 15 he was already playing with various punk bands and in a year later he was playing professionally in a jimi inspired experimental blues/rock trio. Miranda from Canada a theatre graduate and activist for greenpeace and other causes was searchign for a alternative lifestyle. Miranda met Marko in holland at fort pannerden. www.fortpannerden.nl a squated 200 year old fort defending the dutch german border. they lived for free and made any money they needed by busking together. Then the Fort was in threat by the government for eviction but the people of Doornenburg and Pannerden liked the cultural events the squatters hosted. There Miranda and Marko started making music for the fort and played benefit concerts on the streets and in clubs. Now they currently reside in canada playing music and raising their new baby Loki.
