Digital Continuum acquired a passion for electronic dance music during his high school days. His first introduction to EDM was with Trance and he was immediately hooked by the powerful energy and emotion that underlies it. Digital Continuum was quickly exposed to many other genres of EDM and soon that simple liking turned into a passion. That passion led him to begin DJing in 2003 when he met some local DJs and saw the passion they held for bringing electronic music to those who had never heard it as well. Digital Continuum's desire to also share that power and enjoyment of electronic dance music led him to pick up a couple of turntables and a mixer and try his hand at it.
After moving away from New Mexico for a year, and losing his DJ connections, he taught himself the art on his own. This has allowed him to develop his own style and appreciation for the music he plays. Digital Continuum's multi-genre'd style can be found rocking the crowds of NM playing everything from the banging and uplifting to the deep and funky to the chill and melodic. Digital Continuum believes that EDM is not only a form of music, but an experience that should be felt on many levels - physical, mental and spiritual.
Digital Continuum is locally affiliated with Desert Moon Productions and the GrooveNM.com Electronic Music Portal in the American Southwest, two groups which are working to bring quality back to the electronic music scene. He has also recently become involved with Padded Cell, a world-wide production company. He has been featured on stations like Desert FM Radio and MyVibe Radio and has upcoming shows on several other radio stations.
