Month 10 |
I just completely skipped month 9. With all the goodies in the teachers lounge and Thanksgiving at relatives, there was no loss of weight, instead I gained this month. Exercise was almost non-existent...

Month 8 Weightloss |
I lost 4 lbs. this month and 2 inches off my hips and 1/2 inch off my waist. I have lost a total of 31 lbs. YAY! I would like to lose about 35-40 more lbs.

Month 7 Weight loss |
I lost 3 lbs. this month and 1/2 inch off my waist. I'm thinking it's now a total of like 27 lbs. Woo Hoo!!!!

Month 6 |
Not a very good month on weightloss. I actually gained a lb. and have also slacked on my exercise. I'm getting back on track and hope to lose more this month.

I lost 1 lb. this month and 1 inch off my waist and 1 inch off my hips. I have been doing good with the exercise, with the exception of this last week, but trying to get back into it.
