My name is Christopher Mark Santoro, but people call me Chris, or more often Santoro. I live in Medford, MA, right outside of the great city of Boston. I was born and raised here for my whole life.
I'm a pretty nice guy, if I do say so myself. Even if I don't know you that well, I will treat you well. I can be funny and very outgoing. At times, I can be a bit shy. I treat my friends with the utmost respect and care. I'm the kind of person that would do anything for my friends, even if it jeopardized my own being. I like going out to the city to hang out or to do something totally random and hilarious. I do admit that I have a bit of a weird side to me, but who doesn't :-P? I'm a bit of a goofball and my "Masshole" comes out every now and then. By the way, I would give my life for this kid, my best friend .
In relationships, I live by the same standards as I do with my friends. I look for nothing but an equal and mutual bond of loyalty, honesty, care, trust, and most of all, love. People say that love is something that has to be built up after a while; others say that it doesn't matter. I tend to think both ways; love is something that happens spontaneously. When I love someone, I do everything in my power to show her that I truly care about her well being. However, I expect that she does the same without question. Love is not just words, but its also action. I do a lot for the people that I love, whether they be my friends, a girlfriend, my family, etc. All I want in return is to know that I'm appreciated. Who doesn't?
I admit that I have a few shortcomings, hell who doesn't? Depending on the situation, I tend to worry and overthink. I can be an emotional person. I have a very big and open heart, which is open to everyone. However, if people abuse my trust, my friendship, my love, or just me physically, I immediately shut them out of my life. I don't need those types of people giving me stress, heartache, or just plain busting my balls. Even though I forgive, I have a few grudges locked in the closet. Eventually, I'll let those go but it's just not the time yet.
Metal and hardcore music is my release. I think I"m one of the only Asians who like heavy music lmao! The enjoyment that I get out of it is when I play the swift and complicated riffs, the feel of every time change, and the power of every breakdown. I am a self-taught metal guitarist and vocalist I picked up the guitar in April of 2005, and I have been riffing ever since. I picked up the microphone in March of 2006, and I will say I have come a long way. From the usual high, mid, and low screams, I have now found my melodic voice. My band is

, and I'm the vocalist. Check us out! My favorite bands are Killswitch Engage, Unearth, and pretty much any metal/hardcore band from Massachusetts. Everyone else is on the left side of this page (yeah I'm that lazy).I am an aspiring graphic designer. Having started in July of 2006, I am proficient in the use of Photoshop CS, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Paint Shop Pro 7. I do mostly band promotion. I make flyers for shows, CD demo art, logos, etc. I'm still learning more and more as I go along, which brings more enjoyment to the whole experience! If you have a band that needs artwork done, please let me know so we can make arrangements.
