Mr G's Advocacy

This is a site that I created in order to share my music with the many wonderful young people I teach at East Chapel Hill High School. Years ago, Matt K. Russell asked me to write a song about him as a senior tribute for our advocacy. Since then it has become a tradition every spring that I write a song about my senior advocates. In addition, every year I seem to write more songs about the books I teach. It was the kind reception many folks gave to my song about House of the Spirits that prompted me to record and post it here.
