Aurelius doesn't claim himself to be the best just the realist. He started writing music at age 12 with his cousin Hectic, and poetry at age 8. Aurelius says that he uses the creativity that God has sent him and the experiences from the past to sort of makeup a soundtrack of life. Expect more of Aurelius and keep an open mind always. He is real. What separates Aurelius from other artists is his positive message. He doesn’t believe that just because you grow up in a community where life is consistently rough that your music always has to be violent or demeaning towards women.
Instead, he believes that you have a choice in the message you want to send out into the world. “I grew up in the same community that a lot of my competitors and allies grew up in, and I chose more of a spiritual tone for my music,†he says.
