Established in 1993, Catapult is Wales's largest independent record shop. We are a Dance Music specialist covering all bases from electronica through to hardcore on vinyl, cd and tape pack format. Based in Cardiff city centre our three story premises stocks an extensive range including DJ equipment and merchandise, both new and second hand.
Whether you are looking for advance copies of the latest tracks or to expand your album collection our store has something to suit the tastes of all, from the professional DJ through to the home listener. As one of the UK's Coolcuts shops Catapult plays a significant part in shaping the music played by DJs around the world.
Over the years we have hosted many instores with DJs such as Nic Fancillu, LTJ Bukem, Inland Knights and 1Xtra showcasing their wares in the Catapult basement. We are also one time home to High Contrast, DJ Cally and Richie Vibe Vee....
