I've been drumming since I can remember. Mom and Dad (whom I love with all my heart), gave me a drum set when I was just a wee tyke at the age of three. My uncle is an excellent drummer that I naturally gravitated to as a kid. Could be that he was really funny too. I remember when I was about five, my ma and pa had Kiss Alive and I couldn't get enough of that record. So the first beat I learned was the beginning of rock and roll all night, and I still party everyday. Next was Led Zeppelin's D'yer M'aker. I love the mighty Zeppelin! Anyways, I got into a band, The Nasties, with my guitar playing cousin Tony at the age of 11,we played at his high school battle of the bands, went over great, then started playing the Detroit bar scene. Life's been a gas ever since. Enough music stuff.
I love my friends of which I am blessed to to have some very cool people in my life. I love my son, Tony Rocco; my wife, Jody; my parents, my awesome brother and sister, my Grandma, aunts and uncles, and my wonderful niece and nephew. I'm definitely grateful for my family! I love deep conversations. Love talking religion, politics (down with the new world order, very evil!) and music. Besides being a musician,I'm the biggest music fan in the world. I hate the general apathy of most people today. We have it pretty good here and not enough people appreciate it. Can't stand shallow people, people that are materialistic go away! Maybe if I had some material things I'd think different. I like the occasional rainy day, but Michigan has too many. I tend to be stubborn and opinionated, but only about things I feel strongly about. Open-mindedness is a good thing. Don't like blind followers of the latest trend. Mean people suck. Thanks for checkin out my profile. There's more I could tell you, but you don't need to know. Later!
