Wear fancy dress!
Minimono simply tore the roof of the middle room in MyHouse with their incredible live set last Friday. We're sure everyone who was there will agree that this double act was one of the finest guests tWaDdLe have had and they'll definitely be back sometime in the near future!
We're now set to round off our third year in style as we prodly announce the line up for what will be our biggest event to date.
We're boasting three headliners, spanning a new guest and established favourites, showcasing the breadth of sounds that has defined our music policy over the past three years.
Firstly, a tWaDdLe debutante: Frenchman-of-the-moment Seuil, whose unique contributions to the deep house circuit have been gathering him a rapidly growing set of admirers. His intricately rhythmic drum patterns and bass-heavy house sound will be a sure-fire hit with the tWadDdLe faithful.
Alongside Seuil will be tWaDdLe's rolling resident and Leftroom records chief Matt Tolfrey, the night’s first ever guest DJ back in February 2007 and a crowd favourite. Side by side with Tolfrey will be the incredible Trimsound Live duo, who will showcase their inimitably funky set of laptop trickery and live bass. Filling in between the headliners will be tWaDdLe's trusty residents.
As a one-off, tWaDdLe is making the party a fancy dress occasion, and is expecting guests and performers to sport some sort of ludicrous costume. There will be a reduced entry fee for wearing costume. Everyone knows this is going to be the party of the year in Leeds so get your name on the guestlist asap: hit us up on the facebook or www.twaddle.org.uk
Lord, give me tWaDdLe.

Twaddle:Where?What?Why?
tWaDdLe started out as an underground night located in the tiny basement of Dare Cafe in Headingley, Leeds. In spite of the frustrations of diners above, the night was an instant success, and as the music of its resident DJs married with the die-hard support of friends, clubbers and the general public, a unique party atmosphere was conceived.
tWaDdLe moved to the infamous 'black box' room at MyHouse, and created a unique fusion of innovative and intelligent artists with an unpretentious and intimate atmosphere.
The tWaDdLe bandwagon was rolling and with a hard core of raucous revellers on board, they picked up resident DJs of the calibre of Leftroom Records' Matt Tolfrey and Trimsound founder Tom Ellis. These two have played along side an astute selection from the underground house and techno scenes - from Audio Werner to Chris Duckenfield. This season's guests have included Kreon (Cecile, Robsoul), Lauhaus (Polder, Remote Area) and Detroit legend Daniel Bell, playing alongside monthly residents Christian Maiden, Neil McDermott and Brother Bull & Skipper.
The undoubted highlight of this third season came in the form of Montreal's funk phenomenon Guillaume & The Coutu Dumonts, who prompted such demand that tWaDdLe had to relocate to the main room of MyHouse. The venue was completely transformed, and an unprecedented number of tWaDdLers raised the roof, as well as tWaDdLe's reputation.
tWaDdLe is delighted to move back to the main room to accommodate its biggest line up to date and celebrate its third birthday with another carnival-esque party.
With many more exciting performers already lined up for the start of their fourth season in September, tWaDdLe promises to deliver its irresistible combo of party vibes and top underground acts for years to come.
The night is run by residents Christian Maiden (CTMS) ,Jamie Bull(BrotherBull), and Ian Tames (Skipper)
