Always looking for the perfect song or at least the perfect mix, Thomas, Monique, Isabel, Peter and I decided to do some more strange stuff this year. At least a few new songs; bands just have to make music, you know... Because we had just finished few videoclips for "Revenant" it was quite clear for us to have two remixes on the forthcoming album, in order to entangle the new album - which is called "Close to home" - with the "Revenant"-atmosphere. In spite of this Thomas and I listened to the band "A perfect circle" evertime we met and so from the beginning of 2007 it was also clear we would cover their song "The noose". The new songs I wrote were quite different from what we have done on "Revenant" or even "Borderline poetry" and difficult to mix for me, but everyone has done the best I think.
