‘That old black magic’
Although I love to listen to a variety of music I am absolutely passionate about big band jazz & swing music and love singing this wonderful music at live gigs, or when driving my car, or even when I’m in the shower!
When I was only 10 years of age, my mother used to be very proud that I knew all the lyrics to her favorite Sinatra classic ‘Strangers in the night’, although she never said she was proud of my singing though…hmmm!!........‘You make me feel so young’
During a spell at ballroom dancing in later years, I used to host events and sing while couples glided gracefully across the dancefloor. This led to the start of a wonderful beginning of performing these fabulous jazz swing classics at various functions.........................................‘Fly me to the moon’
