What kind of bread is it? |
I baked a bread. It's a bit interesting. Because, I used rice cake to make it. It was chewy but it wasn't hard.

I made choux à la crème (puff cream ) today. The motif is rat.

Buche de Noel |
I made a Buche de Nole which is Christmas cake. I enjoyed making it. It was the first cake after I came back to Japan. I wanted to eat it with my friends in NY. Because, I really miss them.

Culture Day |
Today is national holiday in Japan.Japanese call Culture Day.
I went to Shukkeien which was Japanese garden. It was butiful. And it was in center of Hiroshima city. But I felt quietness.
