As a young boy growing up in a home with my mother, sister, aunt, uncle and my dearly missed Grandmother in the city of "Norwalk", I realize what I loved and what I wanted to do with my life and that was to sing, sing for the world to here. At the age of six I was introduced to the world of music, and the first song that I heard was "love come down" by "Evalen champagine king", and I was so determined to buy it. I had my grandmother take me to a local music store and bought my first 7" inch vinal record. I got home and played that song over and over until it ended up mysteriously missing, lol. Up to this day I don't know what happen to it! As the years went by I was exsposed to many differnt styles and loved them all (except opreah). In school I was in chorus and I was what they call "a band nerd" all the way up to 9th grade. My teens were totally tuff and I was going through so many different challanges and findings in my life (THANX 2 those who understood n stuck by me), thats when I found an outlet and started to write one song after another about what I was going through. By the time I was 17 I tried puting a band together but didn't last very long, but I kept writing. Two years pasted and I was 19 and out of school, I formed a band called "The Laggerz" and their I became the lead singer. At that time I was already prolific in writing so we would compose and record songs In one afternoon. We all had work and school on certain days, but when all that was done it was right back to the garage to practice. we would spend hours, sometimes a whole day just writing n composing. We had friends come and here us play and yes.......sometimes it got wired, random people would drive up and down the street in the middle of the day looking at us. Soon we had lots of songs and put them on one disk and made our own cd. As it goes, we all went our separet ways and started doin our own thang. I sang and recorded with other people, but I started recording doing what I wanted which was trying to get an album of my own out, but its been a long process. it was suppose to be done in november of last year but has been posponed and shelved for now, so who knows? In l.a., Jimmy and I have just finished recording 3 new songs, they are called: "Singled Out!", "Used" & "Ordinary Boy" they will be uploaded as soon as they are finalized.
