Started to breakdance and electric boogie at the age of 12. Did my first performance in front of a live audience with other breakers when i was 14.
When the break scene died out i starded doing graffiti and a couple of years later i started experimenting with the home stereoset and i knew i would be doing crazy damage if i had a change to scratch on some real decks. The only option was the tech 1200 at that time and i couldn't affort a pair till '92. Even before that i ended fourth at the dmc championships with a broken mixer and some bad-ass cartridges. I also collaborated with Dutch rappers to do gigs or to record scratches for their records.
In 94/95 i did mixtapes for national radio and did a dj track on an album called the Dutch Masters. I was also a member of a jazzband during those days,recorded a couple of joints for their album,performed and won a major prize for being the best upcoming jazz talent in Europe.
In '97 i was featured on the Return of the DJ vol 2 wich is considered to be a hiphop/scratch classic nowadays.Peace!
