And, Lord, you have also given me sorrow in the hope that I would turn to you in trying times. But, Lord, I have forgotten the commitment I made when I was 14. I have forgotten Your desires. I have fallen short of Your glory. But, Lord, I humbly turn to you now. You have touched my heart and I have been convicted. Bless my soul, oh Lord. Forgive me for my foolishness, for I am still a child. I am Your prodigal son returning to You with a broken heart. Only You can save me, Lord. I need help. Be with me, Lord, now and forever more. Amen.
