just a quirky, rather short girl of 27. i graduated in 2005 from mtsu and am now surprisingly immersed/drowning in the cubicle-dwelling, but surprisingly fun and fresh corporate world that is dell computers. while constantly fighting the urge to get up and travel again, i am enjoying the middle of my twenties (and the medical benefits) to the best of my ability. all the while wondering what comes next.
but enough about that. on to the more important things.
i can't go anywhere without my burt bee's. i have about thirty pillows on my bed that i get tangled in every nite. and i like it. im highstrung and talk entirely too much to cover up the fact that im actually quite boring. i get physically weak in the knees when i walk into a target store.
i ADORE driving.
i hate running but try really hard to pretend to love it. i'm an irish catholic girl (yes, i still have the plaid skirt) with the stereotypical irish temper to prove it. i actually LIKE to clean my house, but only with the music cranked up. i think the "big lebowski" version of hotel california is better than the orginal. i have VERY bad eye sight. don't believe me and want a good laugh? ask to try on my glasses.
i hate bumper stickers... ALL of them.
i had a complete melt down when i visited the original starbucks store in seattle. i can be pretty snobbish about two very important things: music and movies. somewhere in the back of my brain, i truly believe that deer can only cross the street at those yellow deer-crossing signs. i love baseball caps. i have a thing for guys with curly hair. my lifelong dream is to be able to binge for days at the cheesecake factory and have it NOT go straight to my thighs. i really don't like scary movies. at all.
i like to draw and paint but can't find the time to do so anymore. this makes me sad.
i can't help but give dirty looks to the always long-winded people taking up the comfy chairs at starbucks. i don't like my legs. a nice slice of dill pickle can pretty much make my day. i drink my coffee (and my guinness) stout and black. i'm a cronic hair-twirler when nervous.
which isn't often.
