I have two great and adorable sons that keep me going and sane. I do the best I can to show them the better parts of the world before they have to deal with the worst of it. I get to learn again the wonder of seeing life through innocent eyes. Thank you boys.
I am thankful for my family and the few true friends I have made(you know who!) and for all the learning experiances I have had. Life is ever changing, and the quest for knowledge never stops. I have been lucky to know some very unique people in my life and to all of you, thank you. People who have profound influences on my life have been my Uncle Mike, my father, Jim Morrison, E.G. Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, Albert Einstein, my wife and my sons. There are many others but I lack the time and space to place you all.
I am a adrenaline junkie in remission at the moment who loves going really, really fast. Done bungee jumping, next goal is sky-diving.Clothed in darkness I stride
through the sunlit lands of laughter
I join in but mine is one of secrets
known to few, and at the folly
of the sheep around me...
"What a piece of work is man. How noble in reason, how infinite in faculties, in form and moving how express and admirable. In action like an angel, in apprehension like a god. The beauty of the word, the paragon of animals and yet to me, what is this quintessence of dust? Man delights not me..."Waking at night with you by my side
your breath soft upon my shoulder
Content in the cocoon of feeling
you dream with a slight smile on you lips
Too soon the night is gone and
the morning feels hollow without you
The scent of your hair still upon my pillow
and the heat of your kiss lingers on my skin
yet empty my arms remain
Dreams of you, still they haunt me
showing your face to me, taunting…
To kiss you would be heaven
you in my arms beyond that
Of which mortals dream…
They look and say what a happy guy
but they see only the fade away smile that
flees as soon as thier eyes leave my face.
People see what I want them to when they
look into my eyes and see only the mirrors I
placed to protect that which no longer exists.
