BERMUDA TRIANGLES started as the solo project of Jason Hodges. After operating for a couple of years and releasing 2 split releases (a split 7 inch w TICKLEY FEATHER and a split CD with YOKO BONER) Jared Young and Bill Porter joined BTs. In March 2009 the band self-recorded the "Giant Squid" CD EP on a 4-track cassette recorder. As of May 2009 Sean Cassidy is a Bermuda Triangle playing saxophone through effects pedals. The 4-piece are currently writing new "post-apocalyptic-tropical" jams and plan to record another album and tour in late August with fellow Virginians HEAD MOLT. BTs are also involved in some film/ video projects and Bill Porter is doing tons of cut-up sound pieces so we expect this will eventually come into play for live performances in the future as well.
