Shawn Towns well known as Moto is an American entrepreneur,fashion designer,producer and promoter. He is the C.E.O/Founder of production/record label Seeing Stars Enterprise. Shawn was born in New York and raised in the borough of Brooklyn. At age 12 he attended Winthrop Jr High (IS 232) where he was active in sports such as basketball, baseball, and football and skateboarding. He later graduated and attended Life Science Secondary School to follow his love for science. Playing at a summer basketball game he caught the attention of Jr varsity coach Williams from Benjamin Banneker High School. He was persuaded to transfer and play at Benjamin Banneker. In his sophomore year he led the Jr varsity Warriors to a 14-0 record averaging 27 pts a game. In his junior year Shawn played for varsity where he started and played among Gary Forbes and Nana Saunderson. In 2003 he played at Madison Square Garden PSAL championship where the Warriors lost by a narrow margin to Lincoln High School. After graduating from high school he attended Medgar Evers College where he majored in psychology. In that year he was introduced to Tanisha Scott where she featured him in Sean Paul's video ft Keisha Coles "Give it Up to Me". Shawn later met and worked for video director Lil X which resulted in a good friendship until this day. In 2007 Shawn transferred to Kingsborough College to major in business and later dropout to follow his entrepreneur dreams. He attends on finishing college and getting his BA in business.
