Steve in the Morning [3.7k+]

About Me

Hey everyone! My name is Steve and I am the morning show host on KCDY-FM. I have been doing the 'Steve in the Morning' show since 1998. My show playlist includes the hottest and newest Top 40 mainstream hits. You can check out the latest music charts here: Hot 100 Airplay from Billboard.com
Also I am an aerobics instructor and teach the BODYCOMBAT program. For those who do not know what that is. BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
