MASSI ARENA starts his career in 1999. Has always been in search of new music frontiers till his first record was released in 2000 and wasn’t long for his first hit to be recognized and released: “Get Drunk’’. In the following years due to his determination and skill he starts playing in some of the hottest Clubs of the scene. In 2004 Massi Arena meets Sandrino Beesley on a flight to London, starting a long-term collaboration and friendship. This is how they started Egostereo project together and their label Mcgroove Records. Their first release was Egostereo – Sudoku that was supported by DJs like Pete Tong on the Essential Mix, Danny Howelles, Eric Prydz , Deep Dish etc .. and was chosen for compilations like Marco V’s “Combi-Nation II†and Tom Stephan’s “Let’s Go Chumbo†gaining a phenomenal result. In the same period Massi starts an other very important project, Cyberpunkersâ€. Their first release was ’"Sex Machine" on French label â€Electronica Records (Excess Music) distributed b ''Cyber''. In summer 2005 this record was supported by Carl Cox, Pete Tong, Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso, Danny Howells, Eric Prydz & David Guetta. Some time after they did it agin … an other hit “Cyberpunkers – Cyberpunkersâ€. Between 2006 and 2007 Massi will also release other records with Fabio Liuzzi like: “Massi Arena & Fabio Liuzzi - Mr. Wild Sex†(GoDeeva Rec), and “Massi Arena – Magic Carpet†(Rise Rec.). Cyberpunkers are also considered to be avant-garde remixers; in 2006 they remixed: Egostereo – Sudoku (Mcgroove Rec), Car & Fun – Fire (GoDeeva Rec.), Sorrenti & Gemelli – Space (Stereo Seven +). In 2007: D.Ramirez – La Discotek (Motivo Rec.), Tiny Stikz & Anton Fielding - Fevers Coming (Chumbo Mundo Rec.), Mauro m.b.s. - Loving You (Reshape Rec.), Egostereo vs Aldrin - Singapore (Mcgroove Rec.). Cyberpunkers are now waiting for their next single “Breathless†to be released on Mcgroove Records, with a mind twisting Remix by Superchumbo (aka Tom Stephan)
