Snowing already, getting pumped around here for some solid freezes. Already happening in the high country, but when it starts on the front range, we know its on! Last ski season saw traffic on I70 hit the most ridiculous volumes I could have ever imagined. I guess, though, when it snows people need to get out to the mountains. So, instead of getting 30 days last year at the resort, I only got out about ten. I did spend most of the winter driving up the Poudre for some sick turns. Traffic on 14 all winter was virtually non-existent. There were days my friends and I stood staring down a completely untracked, no cars or people in site, huge open bowl, reflecting on the best part of the state. here is my only proof. can you find the dog?
Our reflection on a peaceful drive, good times with friends and I70, the project came to mind naturally. Why not try and hook people up? We all need friends and people to chill with. Why not create another avenue to meet some new friends, save gas money, cut air pollution, traffic and have a damn good time in the process? Here we are.
