After years of producing music business seminars(his very first while in high school and the first of its kind in the Columbus, Georgia area), talent shows, concerts and sporting events, Mr. Porter decided the time had come to venture into his own music entertainment company. His background and accomplishments include various high-profile activities: "Inside the Music Business Seminar" sponsored in conjunction with the Metro Atlanta NAACP Youth Councils - covering 9 cities and counties; working with Usher and his manager/mom J-Pat during his early years with LaFace Records; producing and hosting an honors program for Super Producer Jermaine Dupri of So So Def Recordings while serving as President of the Music Industry Advancement Network. Jermaine explained, "This is the first honor I've ever received from a city", after receiving 3 honors including, the "Key To The City of Columbus, Georgia", a "Jermaine Dupri Day Proclamation" and a "Music Industry Pioneer Award"............................................
