My name is Dr. Owen Harper and I work for Torchwood (although that's not what it says on my paycheck). I'm the resident medic and second-in-command of the Cardiff branch of the Torchwood Institute. I'm a trained psychologist although that doesn't always work to my advantage. Neither does being a bit smart come to think of it. My best mate is Toshiko and i've fancied her for quite a while.
