I'm an art teacher, that's what I do. I believe in breaking down barriers, pissing-off the closed-minded, and striving everyday to make the world a better place. I believe that good things come to those that believe it could happen to them, but shi!t does happen. I fear the future of our country and world , but everyday brings more hope and setbacks. I have green eyes and brown freckles. I can throw a tomahawk like a champ. My family, friends, and boyfriend are my rock in life. I have a lot of good friends, some I hardly see, but they are always in my heart. My favorite artists include Leonardo da Vinci, Hans Hoffman, Eugene Atget, Jerry Uelsmann, and Gregory Crewdson. I owe many of my achievements to my teachers - Mrs. Conor and Mr. Lewis. Mrs. Conor inspired me to become a teacher and Mr. Lewis encouraged me to do art. My grandfather is my heart and was my headache, my laughter, my hugs, my provider, and is still my protector. I miss him everyday. Through my life, strangers and neighbors have shown me hate, fear, sadness... joy, love, and hope. I strive, everyday to take away the good and leave the rest.
