System Noise a.k.a Monkey & Large originally come from a small town in Norway called Trondheim, where the two have been part of the scene since the very beginning. Besides producing and dj`ing, they also

and a few other key players in the norwegian scene.Coming from very different musical backgrounds, Large picked up his first set of 1200`s at approximately the same time as Monkey plugged in his first guitar, way back in `89. They met 12 years later in Oslo, started producing together and quickly found their own sound.
Though thoroughly impressed with the quality of music coming from other norwegian producers, the two wanted to do their own thing, focusing on the floor, without losing touch with the streets.Intent on creating the dirtiest beats possible, their tunes are saturated by hip hop, jungle, dub and funk influences, delivered with a punk attitude screaming more is more.
