Sounds like... the salvation army band (having just been on a residential weekend in Jamaica, smoking loads of weed and chilling the fuck out and learning to play dub stylee but still retaining all that regimented tightness and sometimes matching uniforms) having a head on collision with another busload of rag-tag raggamuffin ruffians who like to play a bit of punk, a bit of dub, a wee bit of reggae and all that jazz in between.
Recently we've written some fat new ones, re-jigged and re-written old ones, got an even PHatter new brass section (four horns and counting) and have tentative plans to take over the world... or at least some parts of Leytonstone and a bit of New Cross - that'll do for the time being
