You Belong in Los Angeles
Whether you'll admit it or not, a huge part of you likes being in the spotlight.
And you may just have enough star quality to make it big in LA!
Even if you don't become famous, you still belong in a place where you can get a year round tan. Where Does Your Inner Californian Belong? My name is Melody - named such by my musician parents. (It is perhaps the only issue on which they ever agreed!) I guess you could say my parents got lucky with the whole 'melody' thing because although I haven't had much time for it lately, I love to sing, and I've been told on occasion that I don't suck at it! :) Before I decided to go back to school in pursuit of a Master's degree, I was the singer in a local all-original pop/rock band. I have plenty of fodder for tales to tell in my old age about my reckless youth...*sigh* Before that, I studied Communications: Radio, TV, Film Production at BGSU. I'm still a HUGE fan of Popular Culture and even teach a class on it. I was a full-time on-air personality and Production Director for a radio station in Florida. I still do voice-overs and the occasional on-camera job for local TV commercials, but I miss the days of personal appearances; I'm considering a switch back to my first love - the entertainment industry. Teaching is just not what I thought it would be. Other than that, there's not much else to say! Well, I guess I should mention the fact that I have enough hair for at least 3 people...I think that's why I like bald guys or guys with shaved heads. There isn't room enough for more hair in this relationship scenario! :)

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I appreciate wit, charm, and intelligence in a person - more than anything else. If you can make me laugh, you're golden! If you can make me blush, I'll probably love you forever, be your best friend, and give you a dollar (well, on a payment plan of course)! And if, because you are highly intellectual, you can help me to stretch the boundaries of my own mind, you will be added to my distinguished list of mates whom I consider to be the best thing since shoes on both feet...

Jumping the tracks

Did it jump the tracks?  No, it separated from the others.  It's a runaway train car.  Heading down the hill at a break-neck speed.  The man yells at me to stop it.  I lo...
