Two years after their fabulous debut tune on the „we bomb fi dubs“ Dubstep series on Sozialistischer Plattenbau Recordings, they return with a heavy packed release full of bass and darkness.
With their unique grasp of super dark basslines and rave references, neurosis orchestra has shared the stage with such dubstep heavyweights as the afterdark crew, dutty dubz, wadadda and others.
Now it's time to hit the dance floors with a release that has no equal.On the A-Side neurosis orchestra shows exactly what makes them so special in the dubstep scene. „Failing“ combines dance floor madness with a distorted guitar sound and Arab chanting, mixing it all up and out comes this bastard bass killer.
The B-Side starts with „Black Milk“. The track develops a deep minimalistic groove with a punching off-beat snare drum slightly reminiscent of those days when Illbient and tech step had a short liaison. Slow 'n heavy.
B2 „Eternal Burn“ makes it clear that those guys take it serious. It sounds like Public Enemy's Bomb Squad has returned with the will to show that dubstep can be even more angry than you thought. Doom Metal guitar soundscapes meet sluggish ride hats. And somehow the rave samples in the middle go perfectly together with the uplifting bass. It is a wild ride between the unleashing of the raw anger and a positive and almost epic energy. This record is like a soundtrack for lost souls burning in their own private hell. [email protected]
