RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS PROGRAM COORDINATION
• Successfully helped establish a new genre of music now known as bass music.
• Built and operated independent management company / booking agency for company artist and others Class Act Management / Booking.
• Managed to independently book $350,000 of live performances for group 69Boyz in 1995.
• Lead negotiations and helped acquired a $3.2 million recording deal, from Atlantic Records resulting in an impressive 1.5 million records sold first single, Quad City DJ’s “Come on ride the train†Grammy nominated.
• Created 1995 Quad City Bass Fest Tour marketing, promotions, sales, and operation, merchandise/product producing a net profit of $450,000.
• Developed Shake Dance ideal & concept, helped planed conducted operation an assessment to completions, and thus was sold to Xenon pictures in 2000 for $75,000.00.
• Formulated, wrote, and implemented employee orientation manuals.
• Wrote grants, proposals and secured funding to helped establish MICA Minority Independent Contractors Alliance, JAX Mock Construction, Class Act Management, Headliners, Herman Advertisement and Promotions, Murder One Music, UNITY Records, Quadra Sound / Vision, and EGO Environment Entertainment Group, and other.
• Community Service - Reorganized in the Community for working with or creating Outreach Programs, Jerry Lewis Telethon, Political Campaigning, Black Watch Movement, Feed the Hungry Food Drive, Legal Study and Research Consulting / Consumer relations.
• Consulted students on defining career and work related goals and objectives.
MANAGEMENT
• Directed recruitment and retention of supervisors and staff of 65 employees 1995 Quad City Bass Fest Tour featured 69 Boyz, Outkast, 95 South, Dis-N-Dat and others.
• Trained, supervised and evaluated staff, coached improvement in road management skills.
• 18 city tour of U.S, Japan, Germany, Russia, and the U.K.; 25 dates in all.
• Helped production staff achieve the tours objective.
• Managed and developed 100’s of concerts, night club events, talent shows, public speaking engagements, and community service volunteers programs / events from goals to reality.
• Successfully refining and implementing new concept project; Dr. EGO Life, Love& Music Radio Show.
