I am a firefighter/EMT-IV as well as a small business owner. Life has been a whirlwind trying to manage all the work with family life but I am optimistic it will pay off in the not so distant future. I consider myself blessed to have a job that I actually look forward to each and every shift. I have a wonderful family and three "ruggedly handsome" sons (like their dad) who make me very proud. Two are both great baseball players while the other is a big baby (literally), so with any luck I can retire someday soon and do what mike d does best . . . and that is simply continuing to be the most awesome person I know 24hrs a day. Also, I get along with most anyone I know, life is too short to hold grudges or carry anger around, only the ignorant and monkey minded do so! In short, I am living life to the fullest and not staring in the rear view mirror along the way.
