Jeremy Krull

About Me

"Jeremy Krull started playing guitar right before he turned six. His earliest influences were Queen, Metallica, and anything on mainstream rock radio at the time. Right before he entered middle school, Jeremy attended the National Guitar Workshop in New Milford, CT where he was introduced to guitar master Terry Syrek. Upon returning home after his time at NGW, and about to begin middle school, Jeremy began studying guitar with Terry Syrek. Already a proficient drummer and bassist, in addition to his guitar playing, Jeremy began making his first recordings of his original compositions around age twelve. When he turned thirteen Jeremy was introduced to digital recording and began getting serious with his writing and recording and decided to write and record a demo in the summer of 2001. After small gigs around New York, as well as one in Las Vegas, and his first trip to the NAMM show, Jeremy decided to go into production for his next CD. After 3 successful years of writing, recording, and production, Jeremy 100% self produced and released his self titled record from his own studio at his house. The record was met with great praise from music personae such as Ron Thal, Nick Bowcott, and even the mighty Bob Ludwig. After multiple gigs with a local funk band, and graduating high school, Jeremy began his studies at Boston’s Berklee College of Music in the summer/fall of 2004, after almost 8 years of private study with Terry Syrek. With concentration on Production and Engineering, Jeremy has been able to facilitate his avid love for making records as well as being in a great atmosphere with a wealth of knowledge and talent. Currently on break from college for the summer, Jeremy is running a full blown recording studio out of his house in New York handling production duties for new up and coming acts such as Matt Moliti, Hiss Of Atrocities, and many more. Jeremy has shared the stage with such greats as Ron Thal, Nick Sterling, Joe Bochar, Guthrie Govan, Mattias Eklundh as well as recently handling guitar parts in Berklee’s Afro Pop Ensemble under the direction of madman Bob Pilkington as well as Berklee's Contemporary Mid-East Ensemble with Craig MacRae. Expect a new release from Jeremy, featuring him on all of the instruments, sometime into early/mid 2006."hahaha such ridiculous amounts of wordsThis profile was edited with Thomas' myspace editor™ V2.5
