I can be a homebody… Sometimes… I love to curl up with a good book and lose myself in the author’s world for a few hours. When I'm not curled up with a book, being curled up in bed with a certain someone is really nice too.
I used to cook. And cook really well.. Now I don't have a chance to do that anymore... With my schedule - work and gym - it doesn't give me much of a chance to experiment anymore.
I love movies, even when they're bad. I wish I had the time to be able to watch the classics. I also give in to movies with hype and have sat through a few of them (Snakes on a Plane, anyone?)
I am a fountain of totally useless knowledge. A trivia buff, if you will. I excel in 80's and pop culture trivia. One of these days, with a lot of luck, you might see me on one of those tv game shows winning tons of cash! Yeah.. I'm a geek!
Computers also seem to be the center of my life. I tend to average more than the normal amount of hours staring at a flat panel both at home and at work.
When I’m out, there’s nothing better than getting together with a group of friends, talking, laughing, eating, drinking and just having a great time!
No one really. Sometimes I wonder why I'm still on MySpace :) I'm not looking for random hook ups. I don't want to have 2 million "friends." I don't want to chat with stalkerish guys or girls.
I'm not looking for anyone. I found him already and all I want to do is make him happy. :)
Lately I've been put off by a lot of random people requesting to be my friend. If I don't know you, why would I add you??? Furthermore, what makes you think that I'm going to respond to a message that only consists of-
Hey sexy! UR hott. Wanna chat?
Want to really catch my attention? Then write an intelligent and well thought out email that consists of more than 6 words AND does not include the following ones:
hot, sexy, suck, fuck, lick, bang, baby.
I'm slow to trust and hard to get to know. I will show you parts of me that I only want you to see (while making you think that you have have me figured out). More often than not, you'll walk away scratching your head wondering-
Is she for real?
When in doubt, I will ignore you and hope you go away.
Still interested? Then drop me a line. :)
First off, I want to say- SUPPORT LOCAL MUSIC!!!
I love Milka and those that know me know why.
Hands down, this is the best band out of Orlando!
Regarding music, I can listen to anything. Right now I've got a lot of mix CDs in the car. Mostly full with bouncy, loud screaming, pick me up music. It makes the commute to work bearable.
However, there is a special place in my heart for John Mayer . I have a short list of celebrities I want to meet and damn if he isn't on the list.
Most people tend to think of me as the "rock chick." However, I have lots more interests than just that. Another guilty music pleasure I have is Top 40. I love it! The formula song structure, the overuse of looped beats and samples... It makes me weepy just to think about it...
Movies are great. Movies are awesome! The only problem with movies is that the studios are making crappier and crappier movies. And, what's bad enough is that even if the first one was terrible, the studios will make an even worse sequel.
But, I'm open to a lot of different genres and will sit through even those bad ones (and the sequels).
Hey, why not, right?
Ok, you guys out there who only stare at the boob tube for hours
on end are idiots.
Pick up a book.
Go out to the movies.
Hell, go out to a bar!
Get out and live!
Yes, I can honestly say that I don't watch tv. I had one in my room that I have just recently gotten rid of. It was taking up space since I haven't turned in on in months. It is by choice that I don't bother with the glowing box. However, I am not immune to the television's tractor beam of evilness.

Biographies
I read it all!
My all time favorite author is Maeve Binchy. She is a wonderful storyteller and "Circle of Friends" is an amazing novel! However, the book that takes the number one spot on my book list is Laura Esquivel's "Like Water for Chocolate"
Lately I've been reading a lot of Lindsay, Patterson, Grisham, Crichton, Brown, Weiner, Knootz (whom I hate), Deaver, Iles, Evanovich and anything else anyone is foolish enough to loan/give me."Memoirs of a Geisha" by Arthur Golden is another new favorite. Oh yeah, and the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich is wicked funny!!!
Don't ask what I'm currently reading because I would have to update this part every other day!
The people who love me and keep me sane are my heroes.
Thank you for being there for me when I think I'm all alone.
