+Send me a MESSAGE including your NAME [or whatever you want to be called], and the PICTURE you want to use
+Depending on how many people enter, and how well I think your picture will do, I may not choose you. Take no offense, there are a lot of contests to enter.
+If you've entered, and began leaving rude comments on other peoples pictures, I will disqualify you from the contest, delete all comments, and block you.
+If you WIN your picture will be placed in the 'Winners' album.
+You can vote AS MANY times as you want[each comment counts as one vote], for as many PEOPLE as you want. But there are CONDITIONS being,
+If you vote for yourself, you can only vote up to TEN times. While voting for yourself, please number your votes per comment [vote1, vote2, vote3, etc.]
+ NO RUDE COMMENTS. If you leave a rude comment, I will block you, and delete ALL comments you've left, good or bad.
