My name is Kent Nixon and I'm an acupuncturist seeking to aid in the healing of people through connection to the deeper aspects of themselves and the earth. This can show up in earth work, healing arts, dancing, love, conversation, etc. I believe that that quickest way to healing lies in following your heart.
The style of acupuncture I use is a system of japanese desent called "Hari". Hari is a living tradition system, as it is always expanding, evolving as time continues and people continue to grow on this planet. The root of the system centers on heart to heart connection with the patient and listening to tonification energy, which can be likened to a divine energy, and following it's lead in the healing process. This requires great clarity of being, and precise awareness. The tonification energy also called Seiki can be found everywhere in nature, and it is this energy I amplify and harmonize in my acupuncture practice. I also practice an energy work system called Source Point Therapy. Source Point works with points in the outer energetic field that when combined form sacred geometric patterns that help to align us with our karmic "blueprint". This work can help open us to recieve other work such as acupuncture or bodywork. I also practice Chinese Herbology, with an extensive selection of raw herbs and formulas at my office.
