In 2006, Dott. Torrance conducted some studies on musicians and neuro effects of "Delta Waves" with his equipe of reserchers inside Dulce facility. They studied mind control implants, bio-Psi units, Elf devices capable mood, sleep and hearthbeat control including ultra-sound waves with different keys of tonality. They catched sound waves and they mixed with the Deep Sleeve "Delta Waves" to induce a static shock on humanbeings. They called it "Torrance Project". They studied how to clone musicians and then they created 3 hybrids. They took some grey-alien's germinal cells and they implanted into DNA-human-code. They called n° 6 Torrance, n° 3 Torrance and n°7 Torrance. The experiment wants to demonstrate how human feelings can be raped by the "delta Waves". What's Dulce? Dulce is a tiny town in the midst of the Jicarilla-Apache Indian Reservation located about 95 miles northwest of Los Alamos and 100 miles east of the sinister-sounding Highway 666, the only stretch of highway in the U.S. with that designation and the only highway that links the four states of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Utah, right near the Four Corners area, an area that happens to have one of the most concentrated UFO sightings reports in the country since around 1947!
