About Me

Hi, I am Pete Teumer and I am a automotive and motorsport artist, and custom painter. I am just a man that seemingly hasn't totally grown up, because I am still drawing cars, trucks, race cars, and motorcycles just as I did as a kid in high school. I have been around cars and racing virtually all my life and it just seems natural for me to constantly think about cars, etc all the time in my head. So, I am fortunate to be able to do what I love and that is try to represent cars, trucks, race cars, etc as art. To me every car, etc has a soul , and that soul is from the designer that first put pencil to paper to begin the transformation from a vision in his or her head into a reality of shaped metal, plastic, and other materials. I hope my ideas, concepts, and artwork capture a alittle of what that first designer had in their head and do it justice. My artwork has been published in automotive publications, and I have been commissioned by various companies to produce work for them. If you follow the automotive, motorcycle, or motorsport culture you have probably seen my work in print, on apparel, or on that really cool tricked out car, motorcycle, or helmet at a recent car show in the midwest.I hope to continue doing what I love and share with the world. My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet like minded people, that want to see the automobile, motorcycle, race cars and the people that work on and customize them recognized as art and artists. Some of these people would include other automotive illustrators and designers such as Chip Foose, Steve Stanford, Thom Taylor, Jay Mayes, Chris Brown, Tom Fritz, Kenny Youngblood,Randy Owens ( have met him, but always interesting to pick another artist's mind) Sam Bass and so on. I would also like to meet a number of racers including Paul Tracy ( again ), Denny Hamlin, Kenny Schrader, Micheal Schumacher, Katherine Legge, Mad Max Papis, Roberto Moreno ( go Po Po)and anyone wanting to or is racing. I hope to meet creative, adventurous, daring, insightful, good hearted people from all walks of life.
