The Treehorns

About Me

The Treehorns are a 5-piece act based in Coventry, partly outsourced to Manchester. The band deliver a sound that reflects a love for honest, traditional song-writing. During 2010, founding members Luke Clark, Mart Law and Paul Jones have been joined by singer song-writer Al Britten and Sam Kendall of Coventry band Shackletons. Drawing upon influences such as Wilco, Neil Young and The Waterboys, The Treehorns are currently embedding a sound that reflects their admiration of roots rock. The band opened for Gomez on their UK tour in 2009 and released their debut E.P. 'Trail Of Blue Mazes' in 2007. The Treehorns are due in the studio towards the end of 2010 to record a long-delayed follow-up EP. They plan to tour this with more new material in due course.
