About Me
I am the mythical bird of fire, consumed by flames every 500 years and risen anew from the ashes. I have a very fiery disposition which can ignite at any time. The Egyptians regard me as the embodiment of the sun god. They call me by the names Benu or Boine. To the Christians, I am the symbol of Christ and of resurrection, overcoming death and of immortality in general.
