I'm Joe Hitt...
founder of Jerks Of America. (www.jerksofamerica.com) I started working at Blue Horseshoe Tattoo in Virginia Beach 5 years ago, with a 6 month break where a couple of fellas and I, attempted to open a tattoo studio (Old School Ink) in Elizabeth City, NC. After that fell through, I was invited back to Blue Horseshoe where I have been tattooing for three years now. I'm not going any where from here but to the top!
