Influences: Welcome to Pro city! You can find JMC either doing a show, in the studio, searching for beats or in the streets. This kid just won’t sit down. With, "Destined for Greatness" tatted on his right bicep and stacks of money all over his arm, it’s not hard to tell what he's about. He has been featured on many underground mixtapes and worked with different groups, but all he seems to talk about is PRO CITY. With alias Mr. Swagg, his calm demeanor would throw anyone off, but u can’t deny the way he attacks the booth.

JMC..As an artist was born in 1998.Without a male role model Battling problems both at home and in the streets, music became his mentor. Starting with poetry, he wrote poem after poem, describing his emotions and thoughts. Dealing with Gangs, drugs and Family issues he began to write 3 to 4 a day while in classes, completely ignoring schoolwork. Though he never called his writing Raps people already began to see him as a new hip hop prodigy. His ability to describe and relate at the same time was definitely unique.

As he grew in Age, So did his talent. After Meeting a few other artist, he joined the hip hop group 'The professionals', which would later be re-named Pro City. Soon after he was being featured on various mixtapes and Cd's around his high school. In 2004 after being told he was going to be unable to graduate because of a failure in an English Class. JMC submitted 200 poems he had written over the last year to his English teacher and was given a D- to pass. From then on, Music has been his life. Refusing anything that doesn’t involve his dream he's proven himself to be a threat to the hip hop industry. His seemingly natural Poetic flow and complicated lyrical word play, easily catches the ears of his listeners.
I just wanna be me!!.Fuck what you feelin... I dont have a problem lettin niggas know where I come from, or the shit I been through, chances are they been through it too. It seems like everybody is tryin to fit into the mold and I’m just tryin to break it. That’s what hip hop needs right now, individuality. If I never make a million, I promise you I'll inspire change. I can get on any beat!!.. Rap about anything!! As long as I believe in it. I don’t care!! My music did what Kush, gangs and hustlin could never do ..It made me sleep at night... I owe this to the game.. I'm just payin my dues!!
