Influences:Marcia Vega has been influenced by a wide range of artists. Let's just start w/a few. Nas, Snoop, Wu-Tang Clan, MC Lyte and Queen Latifah, Slick Rick (isn't his flow flawless), Big Pun, Tupac (for his work ethic and this is in no particular order for all you Pac fanatics out there), Mary J. Blige, Biggie, Lil' Kim and Fox Boogie Brown (Fox, where you @??), 50 Cent (for his major accomplishments and diligence). Also been influenced by plenty of reggae new and old and of course you gotta love those 80s, and plenty of Earth, Wind and Fire!! And, some mo' miscellaneous old school.
Sounds Like:..
Well, rugged but not as quite as gutta as a Remy Ma. Sexy but not raunchy like say a Lil' Kim. Phat booty, I mean body like Trina. Nice as the late L' Boogie (ok sorry not late but where she @?) w/the spit fire energy of Da Brat. As well rounded as the Queen Latifah but w/a whole new street-gangsta-sexy sophistication. Has her own style, doesn't sound like any one individual. More like the best of the best.
