My first album, "Mind of a Scholar"*The Bio of Cash Campain*
To Understand, Feel, and Believe a dream...
"I'm not trying to chase a dream, I want to do what's necessary to get where I want to be", says Cash Campain.
Spoken from the heart of this ambitious artist signed under the Royal Court Records "Certified Music" division by Lead Producer and friend, William "Will Ways" DuBose, Campain stated that "even if I have to grind from the bottom to get a peak of success, I'll do what it takes". This new-to-the-scene artist is finally getting the chance to do something he's secretly wanted to do for years, construct music from the heart.
"I've been in-love with music since the age of nine. Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5, The Temptations, Luther Vandross, and others all played a part in my love affair with music." declared Campain.
With no desire to be a struggling artist, Campain quickly rose to the opportunity to start a career with the premiering Royal Court Records; however being from South Sacramento, he has struggled enough to understand that there is no time to settle for anything less than success.
"Everyone says they want to be a famous singer, rapper, or something along those lines. I don't want to be famous, I want to be one of the best at what I'm doing, that's true success."
This son-of-a-producer is no stranger to professional struggle or let down either. Campain's father is a local theater playwright by the name of William Parker, who has recently started producing his works in New York city on Broadway.
Campain's album Mind of a Scholar is currently on the market and will definitely feature Production by none other than Will Ways himself, as well as writing from Cash Campain, and Deanna.
"Everyone who wanted musical success has had their chance to make their mark in music history- I want my chance; Now that I have this God-given opportunity, I have no choice but to make the most of it." -Cash Campain
The future looks bright for this self proclaimed "tryna'be" artist and surely his attitude, talent, and drive, are at par, but the question that remains is whether or not he will have the success he reaches for.
