Jimi Presha

Jimi Presha is an emcee, producer & founder of the Kagemusha Colective. Born & raised in Bristol Uk Presh got into hip hop in the late 80's through graffiti art. Presh was involved in the local drum & bass scene in the 90's first as a Dj then later sharpening his lyrical tools. Having written lyrics & poetry for many years Presh got in the studio & made an album! or two!. Worked with Dj Quest (2003 UK DMC Champ & Kagemusha member) on the LP Oblivious providing some tight cuts this time.. and mabe some beats next time! Christian Gabriel Glow is the music producer & Scratch Dj of Kagemusha. Also born in Bristol, Glow has been Djing for over 10 years, entering many a dj battle & building a strong internet reputation.(under his turntablist name of 'Timestretch') He has been concentrating on hip hop production for a number of years. Presh has also worked with the Band All Live Dynamics & Dj Rouge, & can be heard spitting 'Lyricist Born 2 Be' over a Dj Rouge production on Rouges 7 track EP available in 'My Yard' (BS8, Park st)Also available in 'My Yard' Glow has a Dubstep Mix LP called 'Theatre Earth' with all production done by him under the name 'Time'(March 2008 Mixmag dubstep album of the month).
