About Me

Post Code On Your Profile

Fredrick Lewis aka Fred Lewis was born in 1989 on June second and when he became fourteen of age he became interested in making beats for his uncle Demetris Stewart who was known as 2 Clean. Fred Lewis became more into music as he was told to write a verse for a song that 2 Clean was making one day. He began writing more and more and became more into rapping and started making his own tracks. “Album 1” was complete as rapper, Fred Lewis sold them for five dollars a piece trying to promote his music. The people bought them and gave big props for the music influencing him to keep at it. As Fred Lewis continued through his life he made more and more music. The next album was released but not many heard it because of lack of promotion. He did his first performance at a small club called “Nights of Columbia”. Even though it wasn,t many people there he was excited and more ready to accomplish his dream. With no help and no guidelines of what to do next he took his cd up to the radio station to get some radio play. His song was played on the radio station and liked by a lot of people but still no luck. Close to finishing school Fred Lewis released “Truth Be Told”, basically a ride cd but a great product. He began to promote the album as he received a lot of feed back on the album. Fred was invited to an open mic contest where he performed the radio single “Truth Be Told”, where he met up with his first promoter Derrick Johnson from On Point Entertainment. Fred Lewis was offered a promotion contract and started doing shows and getting his name known by more people who liked his tracks. Finishing high school Fred Lewis was now ready to escape Alexandria and get some real exposure. Sending many promos to Houston Texas to his uncle it was time to put FLP on the map.
