Marc does it all from graphic arts, website design, Commercials, 3D animation, and High definition video production. Marc began his media career after proudly serving seven years in the US Air Force working on nuclear missiles. While pursuing his Associates degree in Visual Imaging and Animation at Virginia College in Huntsville, Alabama he excelled in learning 3D animation and web design. After graduating with a 4.0 GPA, Marc spent the next seven years expanding his experience to include graphic design, video/film production, video editing, 3D/2D animation, interactive DVD/CD authoring and various other technical skills.
Marc worked as a Media Artist for the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center where he provided an array of media support for our nation’s space program. His Resume is a creative compilation showcasing work for companies such as WSAV 3 NBC, Live On The Net, Teledyne Brown, and US Air Force. Marc is a creative energy that excels in everything he does.
Marc Casey is proficient in a multitude of computer operating systems, workstations and equipment that include but are not limited to software programs for both PC and Mac platforms ranging from 3D Studio Max, Final Cut Studio HD Suite, Photoshop, After Effects, Flash and DreamWeaver. He has learned how to use various cameras and stabilization systems to include the following: Panasonic Varicam, HVX200, SDX900; Sony CineAlta & EX1 XDCam; Film - Arri SR2, SR3, & Movie Cam; Steadicam Flyer & Ultra
In July 2006 Marc was awarded the Frances Larkin McCommon Scholarship totaling over $72,000 to attend Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah Georgia. Marc is now in his senior year pursuing a degree in Film and Television with a focus on Director of Photography and Camera Techniques.
Using traditional techniques in union with new technology Marc has created a unique look and feel that is comparable to none. He believes that one of the keys to a successful future is media with honesty and integrity. In his free time Marc Casey enjoys watching movies, riding his bike, playing games, encouraging young people to pursue their dreams, and most importantly spending time with friends and family.
