I LOVE talking to people who force me to think - asking and getting interesting questions is when my heart is jumping with excitement :-), walking around town and country, playing volleyball with people who get motivated, but not competitive :-)
No specific style, but I love most ballads (yeah, girly stuff :-)), clever words, cracked voices and the pop rock hits that go on the radios (it's cool to sing along with Robbie Williams!). Pretty mainstream, but there's a few real jewels on this list! Coldplay, Norah Jones, Bruce Springsteen, SEMISONIC, Third Day, Lenny Krawitz, Jewel, Sting + willing to add pretty much anything that meets one of the requirements above!
Just how they come to my mind: Finding Neverland, Lost in Translation, Shyamalan's movies, Notting Hill, Finding Forrester, Bruce Almighty, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Pirates of the Carribean, Mr. Hollander's Opus, Sense and Sensibility, BEFORE SUNRISE... and a few Czech ones that are worth seeing even with English subtitles ;-) - Kolja, Pelisky, Musime si pomahat, Samotari. I DON'T like war movies and horrors! Chances are I'll get scared watching Scream at midday with 20 other people :-)
Ally McBeal, CSI: Las Vegas, ER, Czech Superstar (AKA "American Idol" in the US), Survivor
Bible - its author is my all time favorite ;-) I also liked reading Augustine, Henrik Sienkiewicz's "Quo Vadis", 1984, The Lord of the F lies
Jesus Christ, my mom,... and generally all people who, despite long-time difficult circumstances, are still able to smile and encourage others
